Kosovo's Commercial Court, the Department for Administrative Affairs respectively, has ten (10) records of this nature. The court has so far decided on four (4) cases, yet we cannot confirm to the media the mode of decision-making until the testimony is admitted. ”, the court told Rtv21.
On the other hand, the Kosovo Economic Oda indicated there are hundreds of businesses that are drafting their indictments against the ZRE.
Oda Mayor Lulzim Rafuna said that the Kosovo Economic Oda, in a legal inability to file charges on behalf of all businesses, is helping them up of individual indictments. Rafuna, urged 1,300 businesses to take legal steps as soon as possible contrary to the open energy market. Today we have again turned to the prime minister to sit down with the ZERE and suspend this decision because we also have a new challenge, as is the Israeli-Iran War, after which only the expensive start of oil and there is also expected to be an increase in the price of electricity.
