According to the AKS in 2024 the number of local and foreign visitors was 6980 68, of them 39.3% were local and 60.6% were external.
“in 2024, the number of local visitors has increased by 4.2% in proportion to 2023, while local net stays have dropped for (-13.2%). While there are increases of foreign visitors for about 18.3%, their net stays have increased by 10.9% in advance year”.
And according to data, the largest number of domestic visitors have Pristina region by 205. 405 visits, while the largest number of net stays are in the Pec region with 591.673 stays.
Foreign visitors to Kosovo, however, had increased visitors of 18.3%. In total were 423, 282 foreign visitors and the largest number were from Albania, Germany, Switzerland and Turkey.
And border points data suggests that the total number of foreign visitors entering Kosovo during January-December 2024 was 6,938,227.
