Katz stressed that he has ordered the Israeli Army to resume attacks on paramilitary and governmental targets in Iran.

Israel said it has noticed missiles issued by Iran in its airspace less than three hours after the ceasefire entered into force, as both Israel and Iran had accepted American President Donald Trump's call to end the 12-day war that has rocked the Middle East.

Accepting the deal from both sides Tuesday morning came after Tehran carried out the latest missile attack on Israel, as a result of four people who lost their lives in the early hours of Tuesday morning, as Israel carried out bombings throughout Iran before dawn, follows Periscope.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel has hired bilateral ceasefire with Iran in co-ordination with Trump.

Netanyah indicated that on Monday evening he had announced Israel's security cabinet that the country has achieved all military goals in the 12-day anti-Iran operation, including eliminating the threat from Iran's nuclear and ballistic missile programmes.

Israel has also damaged Iranian military leadership and some government facilities, as well as taken control of Tehran's airspace, Netanyah said.

“Israel will strongly respond to any violation of the ceasefire”, Netanyah said.

Trump has said Tuesday morning that the ceasefire between Israel and Iran is now in effect and urged both countries not to step on it.

“TANIAL PLAYING IT IS PLACE. DO NOT HAPPINESS It's gone.

Iran's state television reported that the ceasefire went into effect at 7:30 in the morning, but Iranian officials have not spoken yet after Trump's announcement of the ceasefire's entry into force.

Several hours ago, Iran's top diplomat said the country was willing to stop the air strikes.

Abbas Aracchi said early Tuesday that if Israel stops its illegal <x0-areagonism” against the Iranian people not later than at 4am with Tehran clock Tuesday, Iran has no intention of continuing in military response afterwards.

The military operations of our powerful Armed Forces to punish Israel for its aggression continued until the last minute, at 4: 00 a.m. Along with all Iranians, I thank our brave Armed Forces, who remain ready to defend our beloved country until the last point of their blood and who responded to any enemy attack until the last minute”, Aracchi wrote on X.

When he announced after midnight a full ceasefire to end a war, as he called it, the 12-day Trump implied that Israel and Iran would have time to complete the missions that were under way, after which the ceasefire would come into effect.

Witnesses said that they heard explosions near Tel Aviv and Beer - sheba in southern Israel before the truce went into effect.

The Israeli Army said six waves of rockets were launched by Iran and Israel's national ambulance service said four people were killed in Beersheba, the first reported victims in Israel since Trump's ceasefire was declared.

The semi-official news agency in Iran, SNN, reported Tuesday morning that Tehran released the latest wave of missiles before the ceasefire took effect.

Qatar Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani secured Tehran's agreement during a call with Iranian officials, an informed official told Reuters on Tuesday about the negotiations.

At the same time, US Vice President JD Vance, State Secretary Marco Rubio and US special envoy Steve Whitoff were in direct and indirect contact with Iranians, said a White House official. Hours earlier, three Israelite officials had signalled that Israel was seeking to complete its campaign in Iran soon and had conveyed this message to the United States.

The truce comes after the US hit Iran's nuclear power plants, and Tehran responded by attacking the American air base in Qatar.

The Middle East situation is tense by Israel's surprise attack on Iran's nuclear and military centres on 13 June.

Israel insists Iran cannot have nuclear weapons because it risks its existence.

Iran denies that there has ever been a nuclear weapons programme, but the supreme leader, Ali Khamenei, has said that, if he wanted one, world leaders “could not stop us”.

Israel, which is not a party to the International Treaty on Nonproliferation of Nuclear Arms, is the only country in the Middle East believed to have nuclear weapons.

Israel neither accepts nor denies it. /Radio Europe Free/
