The bomb the United States used to hit Iran's nuclear facilities.

President Donald Trump announced today that the United States has carried out a massive air strike on three nuclear facilities in Iran, including the deeply fortified Fordow complex, the Natanz uranium enrichment centre and strategic structures in Isfahan. Among other things, Trump wrote: We have successfully completed our attack on three nuclear facilities in Iran... A full shipment of BOMBA has been thrown into the main target, Fordow. ”
Why was this attack carried out by the United States, and why could Israel not carry it out on its own?
Fordow is not just a building. It is a fortress under the mountain, built deep below the surface, just to be protected from any conventional air strike.
Only one weapon in the U.S. arsenal has the power to hit it: Massive Ordnance Penetator or otherwise known, MPOP.
This huge bomb, 13 thousand and 600kg heavy, was designed for a single purpose - the destruction of the deepest bunkers on the planet.
It can penetrate up to 200 feet [60 m] of rock, and it uses an advanced GPS system with late filtrations, making sure that the explosion occurs just when it has reached the optimum depth.
There are no ordinary planes they can carry. Only B-2 Spir, the invisible American bomber, is able to carry out such a mission by entering deep enemy airspace and launching the cargo with surgical precision.
As President Trump himself announced, the Fordow attack involved many MPOP bombs, used in series to create seismic effects that break the structure from the inside.
For years, Israel has been trying to stop the Iranian nuclear program, but it has never possessed weapons or planes to hit the depths of these objects. Therefore, he has always been dependent on the United States for a blow to this nature.
President Trump concluded his statement with the words: There is no other army in the world that could have done that. Now is the time for peace. ”/Periscopi/
