John Bolton, former American President Donald Trump's security adviser, has said there will be no solution to the issue between Kosovo and Serbia if they do not want the parties.

Bolton told the settlement of disputes he cannot be forced from abroad if the parties do not want it, while bringing the North Macedonia case to attention.

There will be no solution until the parties get to a point of understanding that it's not in their interest to continue the conflict, and I don't think that you can force it from outside.
