The scenario has been the same where the secret voting commission has again failed to be formed for the VVA proposal that Albulen Haxhiu be elected head of the Parliament through this process.
The session is too busy to continue Friday at 11:00.
This procedure is continuing every 48 hours as it has a request from the Constitutional Court and several deputies in order to get out of the already created stalemate 4 months after the February 9th elections.
