Since the first days when businesses faced obstacles to carrying out the registration process, TTIK has committed itself to finding a solution to the issue.
At the meeting we held with civil and police registration agency officials, we have reportedly that they temporarily suspended traffic fines for businesses, only in cases where drivers have not been identified, while business fines in cases where drivers have been identified remain in force until the issue is resolved.
Chamber officials have demanded that this suspension apply to all kinds of business fines until finding a fair and affordable solution.
The room is extremely concerned with the approach that responsible institutions have chosen to act on this situation, blocking the entire fleet of vehicles in a business rather than the vehicle, which has been fined.
This is unable to register all other means that have no unpaid obligation.
For us it remains unclear why this article (Noni 89, paragraph 4) was not applied from the moment of law entry, (Lagit No. 08/ L-186 for Road Traffic Rules in March 2024, but now”.
Djetik calls on all responsible institutions to reflect and engage in resolving this blockade. /Periscopi/
