Bislimi, after the trilate meeting in Brussels: There is no full agreement between the sides

Kosovo's chief negotiator, Besnik Bislimi, has stated that the new European Union mediator for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Peter Sorensen, has a clear vision of how it should move forward in the process. However, he has stressed that it is still early to expect concrete results. After the trilate meeting held Tuesday in Brussels [...]
After the trilateral meeting held Tuesday in Brussels between him, Serbian counterpart Petar Petkoviq and mediator Sorensen, Bislim has provided details on topics discussed at the trilate session and later on in that library with Sorensen.
We've had a series of appointments. We started with a trilate meeting who was the first of this format with Sorensen. The idea was to have three different topics at meetings today. At first, we agreed on the principles of how trilateral meetings with Sorensen will be conducted. We agreed to all Sorensen” proposals, Bislim indicated.
He said Sorensen has shown commitment and is investing heavily in the progress of the dialogue.
In concrete results, it's still early. Sorensen has a more or less clear vision of how to go to next meetings. Next week, he will send two of his closest to Kosovo and Serbia to get additional information, and then in early July he will decide on the next step. Sorensen wants another meeting in July. This tells me that he has big investment in the process, wants to see results, but so far it is known that Serbia has sabotaged the” process, he added.
According to him, the main part of the meeting was focused on the performance of the implementation of the Basic Agreement.
“ ... we've shown our ideas on how we can make sure to implement the Basic Agreement. There was no full agreement between the parties. We are told that at the next meeting we bring ideas in writing”, Bislim stressed.
At the bilate meeting with Sorensen, Kosovo chief negotiator stressed that sensitive and important issues have been discussed for Kosovo.
“Undiscovered persons for us have been the most important topic, where we have shown what Kosovo has done these months and what Serbia has not done. We've also discussed financial transfers to the citizens of the Presevo Valley, and we've guaranteed no offense. We also discussed the functioning of interaction with Serbia that is increasing the cost of the transmission for energy not only for Kosovo, but also for the region. We also talked about integrated border management that has stalled Serbia's guilt and Serbia's systematic dezinform campaign” has ended Bislimi. /Periscope/
