Berisha: diaspora elections manipulated, will begin all forms of protests in Albania

Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha has accused the government of manipulating the diaspora vote, especially in Greece, where serious irregularities have been noted in the voting process. In a statement to the media, Berisha announced that the DP would not recognise the result and would launch a protest campaign both at home and abroad. [...]
“We will launch all forms of protests in Albania and the world”, Berisha said.
According to him, the diaspora vote process has been manipulated by the government in an extreme way. Uncontested <x0-documental documents confirm Edi Rama's ugly constitutional crime, its extreme manipulation, the statehood of the diaspora voting process through major corrupt acts ever known”, Berisha said.
He stressed that this manipulation represents a serious blow to the ideals of freedom and efforts of Albanians living abroad to exercise the right to vote. “This primitive, humiliating revenge act for every Albanian citizen, de facto turned the diaspora electoral process into an ugly instrument of Albanian narcotics, narcotics in Albania”, Berisha said.
He called on Albanians in Albania and abroad to prepare for a non-competitive <x0 fight against this narcostate” and mobilise to restore the right to free vote.
I invite all Albanian citizens who voted, to prepare for an uncompetitive fight against this narcotics as a merited punishment for the monstrous crime it committed against them and the country”, the DP leader concluded.
