“We will launch all forms of protests in Albania and the world”, Berisha said.
According to him, the diaspora vote process has been manipulated by the government in an extreme way. He stressed that this manipulation represents a serious blow to the ideals of freedom and efforts of Albanians living abroad to exercise the right to vote. “This primitive, humiliating revenge act for every Albanian citizen, de facto turned the diaspora electoral process into an ugly instrument of Albanian narcotics, narcotics in Albania”, Berisha said.
