He also said this should be done by taking thoughts from many sides.

“Continued EULEX's mandate at the time, under the circumstances and moment we find ourselves, I think it had to be done based on perhaps even a public debate, but also by taking thoughts from many parties, because EULEX is not only a body that in the past has taken care of the country's security, has also taken care of the judiciary and has had much greater competence even in many areas of”, it was expressed in the Cosova clan.

Behram further said the Special Court sees our police as a criminal police officer.

“Now EULEX's mandate is largely functioning as a Special Court mechanism, and I think that Kosovo has had to at least try to dialogue with European Union representatives to create perhaps a provision in this exchange of letters, where EULEX can also take on a role which the Special Court does not trust in Kosovo Police unfortunately, because the Special Court of Kosovo sees as a criminalised police” further, he said. /Periscope/
