Bardhil Mahmut says Nexmedin Spahiu was once represented as “Nejo Spahijevich”, reacts to the analyst: Old man...

The national issue's event, Bardjel Mahmut, through a Facebook text, has said political affairs analyst Nedmetdin Spahiun, during studies, as a member of Yugoslavia's League of Socialist Youth, was presented as Nejo Spahijevic. Mahmut, in his post, also said that he has reacted to the Spahiu [...] meeting.
Mahmut, in his post, has also said he has reacted to the Spahiu meeting made in Belgrade, more precisely with Serbian Foreign Minister Marko Djurovic, saying there is nothing scandalous about his actions and statements of a person who is in full harmony with the former pro-Yugoslav spirit.
This statement has reacted to Spahiu himself through a comment in Mahmut's post.
Analyst has accused Mahmut of lying when he says Spahiu was introduced as Nejo Spahijevich.
Old man gives himself a slander: ” Which as a student was introduced... ”. A person without a sense of dignity for integrity with a true political missing agenda in defense of eversism has written Spahiu.
Some friends have asked me to know why I have not reacted to the public or secret meetings of Nedmedin Spahiu in Belgrade or his statements that “will return the rifle to those fighting for union with Albania”. There is nothing scandalous about the actions and statements of a person who is in full harmony with the former pro-Yugoslav spirit.
On June 12th 1997, exactly two years before Kosovo's liberation, in the Kosovo “Zin” published my reaction against a writing orchestrated by anti-Albanian circles against academic Rexhep Qosja. It's about the “Three fingers of Rexhesus” he authored Nexmedin Spahiun, who during his studies as a member of the League of Socialist Youth of Yugoslavia, was represented as Nejo Spahijevic.
Those who spend time reading my reaction 28 years ago will better understand Nejo's “intellectual timer”!
Shit.
What is behind the demand that Kosovo establish its identity in Pristina, Mitrovica, Prizren...?
Reaction against Dr. Nexmedin Spahiut, “Three fingers of Rex1> published in the daily “Flaka” of May 20 and “Bota today”, May 27th and May 28, 1997
Mr. Bardhil Mahmut:
The campaign against Rexhep Qoses, which recently engulfed our media, reveals the relationship: collective-national identity. In order to strip the whole tendency to privatise our collective identity, a tendency that bursts in disguise under the protection of “cultural and district diversity” reaction against the above-mentioned writing, which, as such, passes the soias of a common controversy, seems more than necessary.
Changing identity
collective identity, as social construction, can in no case be separated from the space it refers to. This scientific achievement serves politicians, during empirical research, as methodological vigilance. All interested in this issue can find a perfect analysis in the work of the University of Lausanne professor Bernard Vouta, titled «Espave national et ideaè colloctive» (national space and collective identity) published by the Institute of Political Sciences, Lozanne, 1992, p.464. The above - mentioned work exposes the long process in which rival groups create their own identity and aim to impose the vision that the particular space is inseparably shared their identity. This perspective enables us to understand the logic of the war about Kosovo's identity. On the one hand, we have a long historical process that created the vision that «Kosovo is the cradle of Serbia» and on the other hand, the vision on Kosovo, as part of Albanian identity. In this war of two rival visions of great merit have scientific research and results from the fields of history, archaeology, language and so on, which, through schooling and mediaization, will be able to create and strengthen identity within the group. It is important to note that the identity is not given once and for all but is subject to unbroken social group investments. In addition to investing in clarifying the historical dimension of the Kosovo issue, a major investment related to our national identity has been made to unify the Albanian language.
The unification of Albanian, as an indicator of cultural variable, presents one of the most important moments and one of the biggest victories against all those aimed at presenting Albanian identity under Yugoslavia as different from that of Albania. This is one of the causes that explain anti-Albanian policy attacks against the unification of Albanian, attacks that took the form of campaign, especially after 1981. Targeted by these attacks were all Albanian intellectuals who had prepared this “, in particular, anti-Serbian”, and threats were directed against Rexhep Qruja.
It is surprising that at the very time the anti-Albanian campaign failed completely, in the name of the <x0 cultural diversity” it is more viciously attacked one of the results of the process of creating Kosovo Albanian identity.
In order to disguise its former identity, when prior to the name came the zealous secretary of Milosevic's and Morina Communists' party, when in communication with the Belgrade Communists, it was introduced as Nejo Spahijaviq: when Kosovo's Albanian identity was named <x0” for the sake of integrations into the “> <xmodre” with the Yugoslav <X5>: in a word, it could crack out the mots as something new, presented with the <6> Nexmerdin Spahiu.
With the exception of replacing notions <x0nationalist” in his controversy against Rexhep Qose is not missing the old arsenal of speeches prepared at Serbia's Academy of Sciences and Arts, speeches aimed at dividing Albanians into plate and tobacco.
«Each nation» writes Nejo Spahijevich, “has a standardized language (which Qosja calls literary, should speak standard or rating language) but has its dialects, and these are its assets, are its source. Only for the Leninists' brain with one-dimensional understanding skills (black hair) this complicates things. Our Leninists, as well as the Leninists in general, who simplify things to bastarde, to get to Albanian standard has come to eliminate all dialects. Among the participants of this massacre on Albanian language and culture is popular intellectual Rexhep Qosja”.
Aiming to appear as <x0 “kompetent” in some scientific soil, Nejo Spahijevic prefers to correct “masacion” of Albanian language and culture by destroying literary language unification and the creation of “a standardized language as any nation”. What is meant and what is behind the standardization requirement? In all likelihood, it's about a misunderstanding, respectively, of a ignorance wrapped in the illustration of wisdom. Of course, in the sense that these terms are given in everyday use, there is no substantial difference. However, the term, standardde”, which has an elitistic and more aristcratic meaning, inherited from the first books in Europe when the written language was essentially different from the language of the people. So “entinist” Spahijevic himself falls into the trap of <x9 minusinism” for which he accuses of exhumation Academy. Because, however, there is a language of speech in no country and in no way does it imply the elimination of dialects.
We return to the identity of Kosovo once more.
The fight over visions for Kosovo was not limited to Balkan spaces. In order to legitimise specific practices, each side aimed to impose its own vision on international proportions. As a result of an ongoing work, we have the spread of the Serbian vision for Kosovo as «the question of the spiritual, cultural and historical identity of the Serbian people» (the quote released by Anne Yèlen, Kossovo 1389-1989, Batalle pour les lys lyame, Lozanne, 1989, p.13). On the other hand, Albanian scientists' works had its positive effects to break up our truth about Kosovo. In this reaction I am quoting some foreign scientists, in whom the Serbian vision of Kosovo is dismissed: Michel R Les Albanais in Yougoslavie...
To not be left alone in author names and with the aim of announcing Albanian readers about the naked Serbian vision for Kosovo, I was quoting conclusions that Toulouse University Professor Allain Ducellier brings into his work “Les Albanais ont-ils entvahi le Kosovo? ” published in London in 1987 under the “LлAlbane entre Byzance et Venise”, reprinted and distributed by the Kosovo Republic Information Centre in 1993 in the Swiss and French libraries.
This scientist concludes: “When we see the insistence using the historical argument to prove that Serbs are right about Kosovo, as its oldest residents, who have later been expropriated by Albanians, it would not have been bad to show that, once again, history agrees with the current situation. Suppose, however, Serbs would have made up most of Kosovo in the X century III; this does not prevent us from asking who lived in this region earlier. Everyone knows that Serbs are Indo-European people who later came to Europe, since the waves of their influx lay in the 6th and VII centuries. It is also known that in this era, several centuries of romance failed to eliminate old autochthonic populations: Dacas in Romania, Thracians in Bulgaria, Ilirites in Dalmatia, Albania and Macedonia. Meanwhile, the newest scientific works, both linguistic and archaeological, testify today that the Illyrians are undoubtedly the direct ancestors of Albanians... All the arguments of the historical type '%s' turn against the Serbian thesis because history teaches us that Serbs, as far as Kosovo is concerned, are invaders that have come too late” (Audience quoted, pp. 9-11)
I cited this work in order to draw attention that any scientific work translated into foreign languages has special importance for the protection of the Albanian vision for the identity of Kosovo. The French - language publication of the work of Rexhesis “should also be seen in this context La Qjetion Albanaise”.
Distracting the process during which the Serb-Albanian conflict takes place around Kosovo, highlighting the logic of this process, integrating into analysis the various Balkan and Balkan actors who position themselves around this conflict, Rexosja, who was known for Francophone space as a writer, a historian of literature and literary critic, with this work in «the eye of a Western observer», represented as a politician.
His works rank in the increasing number of scientific works done, for anti-Albanian circles, the obstacle to presenting Kosovo's identity as Serbian “identity”. This explains the causes of the uprising of these circuits in Belgrade and Pristina, in Skopje and Podgorica and the Serb clans in France and Switzerland (reassured around the publishing house “Léage dʹhomme “). Their revolution against Rexhep Qhesis is expressed in two ways: The principle is targeted by the scientific character of this work, and second, direct threats are used against it.
Only for those who do not know Nejo Spahijevich may it seem random to match his positions with that of Serb-Macedonian-Montenegrin circles.
To create in the eyes of readers the impression of “neutral” it begins its controversy with this form of manipulation, now used in the eyes of Western policyologists.
“A friend, professor of political science at the University of Cornell in America”, ordered the “to suggest all books of Albanian authors of political character, sociologist, philosophical or historical character to be published in any of the languages he knows. When the book by Rexhep Qruja in French was published, I suggested it. After two weeks, through the Internet, I received the message asking who this Arben Puto is and how many foreign languages Rexhep Qosja knows. He was further explaining that Rexhep Qosya was referring to Arben Putto, while the latter had extremely limited and even inaccurate information about the Conference of London, the Paris Conference, and so on. Why Rexhep Qosja is not based on original English and French documents but on Arben Putos suspect records...”
Nejo Spahijevich took a year and a half to understand after reading the article published in the newspaper “People's Voice”, “that Recep Qosja does not recognise more languages than Albanian and Serbian”. And this statement is derived from the fact that “almost every time the word people is used “. And in order to minimize the scientific character of the above-mentioned work, he goes on: “Just a man who's made up of the classics of Marxism: Marks, Engels, Lenin of Stalin, and their disciple of (without) Enver Hoxha, do not understand that the word people is a manipulative word that no political analyst, who does not belong to the Marxist Sorta, does not want to use, Rexhex Qos, remains a typical Leninian intellectual of”.
One of the forms of manipulation used in this part of the controversy.
First, the work of Rexhep Qose, before it was published in French, was published in Albanian. This work often uses the word people. If this word is manipulating “that doesn't punish any Western analytical use” then it's asked why you gave it to American political science professor” this work of a non-recording”. The answer to this question is in the middle of the alternative; or the American professor of political science is your fiction, or the work in question you haven't even read Albanian, which is possible, because Nejo Spahijevic only knows “serbically”.
Second, in the vast majority of the constitutions of Western democracies it has been sanctioned that “sogranity belongs to the people” as different from the Marxist-Leninist states where sovereignty belongs to the working class. (For this problem, see the work of political science chief at the University of Lausanne during 1989-1993, now legalist in Paris and Brussels: Daniel-Louiise Seiler, La politics company. Paris, 1982, f.191). If the word “populated <x4x3> is manipulative then you wrong the address of manipulators, falling back with both legs into the trap of “inism”.
Since you discovered that this word belongs to <x0 Marxist manipulators “it would have been good to be able to access your western democracies to remove the word people from their constitution. However, it will be difficult because once again the people of these countries would have to deprive themselves of their right to be sovereign, which would be strongly reliable.
It would be good to announce with your discovery the popular parties of Western Europe, the parties that are defined as belonging to the centre-right spectrum, to remove the word people from the appointment of their parties, otherwise you will stigmatize as to <x0 Marxist sextant” and to denounciate in the European Parliament, where out of 567 MPs for 1994-1999 European parties are represented by 157 deputies. (See Marcel Scoco's work on this matter: Les institutes Europènes, Paris 1994, f.89-10). Then, aren't they called Zogu's folk and party in Albania, as well as his owner's party in Serbia, Nikola Pasic. Were these also,”marks and Leninists”?
You need to send your findings online to even the popular banks of these countries, even promise that the fornicators will not leave the money in these banks, for fear they won't be stolen by this sort of Marxists”, as in Albania through the pyramids of the Sorta “People”, etc.
Even the popular universities of these states must remove “stigma people”, because we can suspect that education will become the spirit of “Marxists” and we will not send our children to be educated there.
To be more convincing in your discovery, change your name once more and introduce yourself this time with a name that “for the eye of Western observers” will be tempting.
Third, does a professor of political science need a professor at Cornell University in America to look for thoughts of a man who is anonymous to science. To easily overcome such fiction, it manipulates <x0mic”. For the policyologist's view, friendships are traditional concepts that cannot influence scientific attitudes. The very fact that the work of Rexhep Qos is published by the Fayard publishing house, the publishing house that enjoys untenable authority for the seriousness of the works it publishes, is significant for every politician. On the other hand, do you think that the directorate of this publishing company publishes works without meeting real scientific criteria? Don't mean they haven't been able to verify “the suspicious data of Arben Putos” at least of those in Paris. Maybe they don't even know foreign languages and Paris is far away?
Fourth, for the Albanian people, the entire work of Rexhep Qos is in open conflict with enemies of the national union. Today's anti-Churt campaign is explained by the fact that not only did it not fall into the trap of media conspiracy about the crisis in Albania; it did not fall into the trap of those who, to hold power, targeted at any cost, imposed the vision that the word is about an anti-democratic plot; it did not fall into the trap of those who, focusing attention on some of the events in Albania, to impose the vision that we have a South conflict against the North; it did not fall into these traps “of politicians and Western intellectuals with the account, as much as the majority of the Kosovo media and ultimately, and that they are more angry, but the fact that Rexhepe is not silent, and otherwise denouncuous.
To slander that allegedly “Qosja states that Albania has no problems with Greece and Serbia's Grand”, i.e. to touch the most sensitive point of national consciousness, clearly the goal of fluctuating its authority among the people. What can be said with certainty for all the above-mentioned cases is that the slanders and manipulations Nejo Spahijevic uses are typical of Milosevic's “communist”, Morina, Vlases and their irreformable spies.
To get rid of the real content of Nejo Spahijevic's message, we need to go back to some related facts.
As the party secretary of the Milosevic Sorta, Morina, etc, he was very active among the students to apply points to the Memorandum of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts, the popular Movement for Independence from Serbia, Macedonia and Montenegro he denounced as the continuation of an anti-historic political “that has its roots in the Albanian League of Priseren, the Bujan Resolution, as well as in anti-communist organisations after the LD period. Even more loud was made during 1988-1989 for convincing students that Yugoslavia's federalisation was a barrier to modernisation, while preaching the removal of Kosovo's autonomy, that it supposedly does not endanger the identity of residents of Pristina, Mitrovica, Priseren, such as Pristina, titovo-mitrovicas, prisrenas, etc.
Those who yesterday preached Serbian Unitarianism, those who had developed bitterness against Yugoslav federalism, today muster up the courage to seek Albania's federalisation. And, hiding the true creators of the privacy of our space, Nejo Spahijevic sucks that request is made by “certain political and intellectual forces in southern Albania... and that there is nothing wrong with”. In fact, the trend created and popular among anti-Albanian media calls it normal that only the brain of “maloc” Rexhep Qosja doesn't understand.
After recouping our lands, after the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts plans to destroy the unity of Kosovo's political and geographical space with a new reconstruction in four parts. Nejo Spahijevich crackes the Serbian thesis that “Kosovo must have its identity in Pristina, Mitrovica, in Priseren, etc. (The fourth centre of Serb division is missing!) “.
Only in the context of the requirement for disassemblement of political and cultural space -- the requirement allegedly reasoned in the name of diversity -- is Nejo Spahijevic's demand for the standardisation of the Albanian language.
According to him, each nation, except Albanians, has a standardized language. I don't know if Nejo Spahijevici is aware that the French standard language is Paris speaking with the district. Such definition of French is conditional on the historical development of France with a single political, cultural and economic centre: Paris. (For the creation of states, monocephales and other forms you can address your friend anonymously, professor of political science at Cornell University in America, so that he can email Roxcan S, “Cities, States and Nations... “ .
Why does Nejo Spahijevic manipulate with the word standardization, when this word means unification (the French dictionary): Petit Larousse, f.969 Standardiser: unifer. The promoters of this aunt, perhaps equalizing standardisation with pacicism, aim to create the standard language of Mitrovica, the standard language of Pristina, the standard language of Priseren etc, to crown the complete destruction of our identity.
Nejo Spahijevic's draw of parallels between Isa Boletin and Rexhep Qrujatur is significant. According to him “if Qosja wants to have her identity as an intellectual and political personality, he should not become the Isa Boletin of our day”.
To clarify the reader about this analogy, we need to mention Isa Boletin's attitudes in front of foreign diplomats who had auctioned Albanian territories. To create the illusion that they care about the fate of our people and that they respect its representatives, diplomats of the then-whither powers regretted Isa Boletin that: If Mitrovica were closer to their previous border, for his sake they would join Albania”. Isa's response was clear: “I didn't come for Mitrovica, but for every inch of our”
Isa Boletini not realizing that the “Uentity of a nation can be done willingly and naturally and that this unity should accept local and provincial diversity”, instead of defending Mitrovica “ ”, instead of establishing Mitrovica's identity, he preferred to associate, even with weapons, so violently, Albania. He did not know that with a “primeticism” will be classified in times “moderne <xx7>, “by Nejo Spahijevic's sortore of Serbian political “ <x10-historics>
Isa Boletini did not stop the war until the historic anti-Albanian “did not tell the country”. Nejo Spahijevich's message that Rexja “apologize and return to natural historical track” is clear. As was once clear to Isa Bolletin.
And at the end of all of his “polemica”, the only thing that's true has to do with the claim that “people like Rexhep Qosja are an obstacle to developing this identity”. To be complete, it must be added that the majority of the people will become an insurmountable obstacle for all who aim to establish Kosovo's identity in the plans of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts. Fighting with all its forces those aiming to crack off anti-Albanian themes in our political space, the most determined part of Albanians will show them the country in the same way, as the country in Kosovo is today being shown to the communists of the Milosevic stock, Morina and their incorrigable spies.
Warning: Long ago I called Demach's “Bota today” and I told them I have a text against it, “Balcania” of Demach, where is it? They told me. If you have fax, we carry the expenses. If you send it in the mail, we take the expenses off. Just start”.
Last week I faxed them a reaction against a Serbian-era text that attacked the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts style, prof. Dr. Rexhepe Quchen. This is a sensitive issue. I have to consult with Pristina, Teki Dervisit told me today. The next day, after conferring with his “plays”, “deurni” communicated to me: “Our newspaper does not publish any scriptures that Rexhepe Qhurja. ”
Of course, I was unable to verify whether he had used telephone connections with Belgrade or Pristina to consult.
P.S. (Just for Nejo Spahiyevic): Since you're kidding with the number of pages of Rexhep Qos' doctorate, I am informing you that I, Bardhil Mahmut (the July 14, 1994, Diplomova, at the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland); the magic of February 14, 1997; and the theme of my magistrate has about 60 pages! You can access this university's Internet and reactor to deny my title. If you can't do it yourself, ask for help from your partner, American Political Science Professor “/Periscope/
