At the April 9th session, the three accused were acquitted.
Meanwhile, two Kosovo police officers, Alban Rashi, who were wounded by the September 24th attack on Zvecan Banisk, as well as the police official, Liberation Shaqiri, who had suffered injuries at the time.
So far, arrested and under detention for this case are: Blagoje Spasojevich, Vladimir Tolich and Dusan Maksimovic.
At that, the Special Prosecutor's Act charges 44 physical persons and a legal person, “RAD D.O.O.” The list of indictees leads Milan Radojic. /Periscope/
