The deputy chairman and deputy of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Hykmete Bajrami, has said they are tired of leaving the way for incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
Bajrami has said Kurti and the Vetevendosje Movement are dealing with the logic of the votes they have taken in the 202150 elections, while calling it the “assistant of institutions”.
“We are tired of leaving the way to Albin Kurti and he becoming a constant violator of the Constitution and the laws and desecration of Kosovo institutions”, Bajrami has declared.
According to Bajrami, Kurti is staying in power unconstitutionally.
He is actually in power completely unconstitutional. Article 72 of the Constitution rules that an MP who has sworn in and held the executive position cannot stay in both”, she said at KTV.
Bajrami said that if the LDK were in VVU's position, institutions would so far be constitutionalised.
“Those mornings insult and insult ... afternoon send letters for co-operation”, Bajrami added.
Otherwise, tomorrow is going to be the 37th try to build the House. The VV) proposal continues to remain Albulen Haxhiu, a name that is being rejected by other parties./Periscopi/
