According to them, this increase has resulted from a lack of workers, and this has caused businesses to raise the average salary.
The same stress is that during 2024 and so far, over 106 thousand Kosovo workers have left Kosovo.
This former minister does not know the causes of this average salary increase in Kosovo's private sector, or knows and does not want to show why it came up. In no adult cent of this salary do you as Government, but this was due to Kosovo's disaster, which always according to Kosovo statistics, in 2024 and so far Kosovo has released over 106 thousand Kosovo workers, this for normal states is a tragedy we have warned you about 3 years ago that we will come to this situation. The shortage of workers has caused this pay to rise. No right you have that has been friendly government with businesses, you talk about businesses we talk about workers. Do you think big wages push people to leave Kosovo over 106 thousand of them for a year. Do you think the big dialogue between trade unions and your government made this increase”, says the FSPSPK communiqué to the media.
The acting minister, Iron Murati, yesterday through a post on the social network “Facebook” said the average salary in the private sector last year has marked the highest growth historically.
According to him, according to data published by the AKS, in 2024 average salaries in the private sector have marked 598 euros gross, or 83 euros more than the previous year.
