This session has started without any political agreement, which would choose the current four-month stalemate after February 9th, when the country's general elections were held.
The first party is insisting that Albulen Haxhiu should be the chairman of the Parliament, since VV) does not have sufficient numbers for that.
Former opposition parties P DK, LDK, AAK continue to say that the candidate name for the Parliament's chairman should be changed.
The party, led by Albin Kurti, is accusing the former opposition of blocking the creation of the Assembly.
