Vetevendosje insists that neither the proposed name nor form of voting be changed.
The PDK and AAK have requested a new name from the VV, while the LDK has declared it will not vote on any of its candidates.
President Vjosa Osmani has so far held two consultative meetings with political leaders to discuss the institution, while expected to head to the Constitutional Court to seek legal solutions for the blockade.
