This is the 36th time the Parliament meets in hopes of constitutionalisation, an unprecedented situation in the history of Kosovo's parliamentary democracy.
Despite successive efforts, no consensus has been reached among political parties for the election of the Speaker of the Parliament and the establishment of other internal organs.
The hearing has been called for 11 o'clock, while it is not expected that there will be any changes, as political parties are continuing to remain in the same positions as in Albulen Hadziu's name proposed by LVV as a candidate for the prime parliament.
Representatives of the international community and civil society in the country have repeatedly called for political dialogue and institutional responsibility, stressing that procrastinating the process undermines the democratic functioning of the state and hinders progress in important areas such as European integration, reforms and economic development.
The lack of a functional framework has also blocked the work of the government, which currently operates with limited competence. /Periscope/
