Arifi through a Facebook post, has said that Albin Kurti's statement that the opposition is extending their mandate to them is naive and politically wrong.
This crisis has revealed Kurti in its essence: a leader who doesn't build institutions, but destroys them if he doesn't control them.
• 90 million of the World Bank risks losing Kosovo, and 63 million from the EU growth fund at the time when Kosovo continues to be led by Kurti and Albulena proves it costs Kosovo citizen
• Vetevendosje is not asking for consensus, but a chapter either Albulenén, or an impasse.
• The constitution is not designed in that form for a party to be taken hostage to the entire state because the first in the race does not go to the political account”, Arifi wrote.
He has said the opposition is showing integrity by refusing to serve Kurt's project for absolute power without accountability.
Every day that passes without institutions just exposes Kurti more and its governing model as deeply non-stateable, autocratic and destructive. Instead of normalising and perceived political blackmail, it is time to say February and Albanian: This is not an impasse by the opposition. This is the sabotage of the state from Kurti”, added Arifi among others.
