Commenting on the recent meetings of the EU special minister for the Kosovo dialogue, Peter Sorensen, with the two countries' top negotiators, Arifi has said that the incumbent Government has no legitimacy to represent Kosovo in this process.
According to him, such meetings cannot result in any success, notes Periscope.
“São would have to represent Kosovo because of the regular mandate, Kosovo's government and the legitimates to participate in such meetings ... the dialogue is hosting the new government”, Arifi has said of RTV21.
