During this summer season, as in previous years, employees at the Court of Justice in Pristina are facing serious working conditions due to high temperatures and the lack of proper functioning of the climateisation system.

The spokeswoman of the Constitutional Court in Pristina, Mirlinda Gashi, said high temperatures have caused unaffordable environment for employees at the Palace of Justice.
She says that as a result of her developing condition, health situations and chronically ill workers have become even more severe until she adds that there has been an allivation.
The workers at the palace are demanding minimum conditions for work, until they stress that until now the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which is under management, has not undertaken concrete measures to solve this problem.
Concerns about working conditions in the areas where justice institutions are located are also shown by the Unionists of the Foundation Court in Pristina.
The chairman of the Foundation Court Union Association in Pristina, Naim Rrustemi, has again raised the alarm for the serious working conditions at the Court of Justice, stressing that the problem with the climateisation system is not new, but that a long-standing concern dating back to the inauguration of this object.
The chief economist noted that high temperatures are causing physical fatigue, dizziness, and concentration difficulties, making work impossible under normal conditions.
According to him, the union has made its repeated demands, but no concrete measures have been taken so far, which has prompted it to warn of the possibility of organising protests.
