Aktakuse against one person, allegedly trained the doctor's profession in two ordance at Ferizaj for over eight years

A.R. By Ferizaj is suspected of criminal acts “The illegal exercise of medical or pharmaceutical activity”, “The counterfeiting of documents” and “Obsess or damage to official seals or sign” under the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

According to the indictment, there is doubt based on the fact that A.R., from July 4th 2016 to December 10th 2024 in Ferizaj, in subx0> alphabet” and “Almedica”, has provided medical treatments and pharmaceutical services without professional qualifications and legal authorization.

He allegedly filed a false degree, claiming to have completed the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Tirana.

The indictment reportedly did not record at all as a student at the University of Tirana, and using false documents founded ordinance “Almed” and then reregistered the same activity in the name of his son, ordinance “Almedica”, where he had continued to exercise medical activities illegally, presenting himself as a graduate doctor, describing therapy and using the inter-oprinologian title.

He had even been banned from the Health Inspectorate, removed his official signs, and continued his work.

“He has offered health services as a general doctor without possessing a currency license from the Ministry of Health, and has designed long-term medicines, while on the 30.05.2025 date, despite the fact that the Health Inspectorate has imposed official signs of layoffs, to license equipment from the Ministry of Health, the defendant removes the official sign with the intention of continuing illegal medical activity, with which he committed criminal acts against legal activity or pharmaceuticals from the 256th paragraph to KPR, justifying the 390th article, or the official KCHOCHD'S, or the 46-HOCHD, or the alleged KXCH's, or the label damage to the document./Periscopi/
