According to police, the first on the list was a couple whose 90 - day stay had been passed for more than two weeks. The duo has been staying in the Schengen area for 15 days longer, officials said, reports “Allgaweer Zeitung”.
Another 30-year-old Kosovo man spent his stay for two days, a 50-year-old for one day.
In addition, a 24-year-old woman appeared at the exit check during a flight to Pristina with Wizzair, who, along with her two children, had spent time staying for one day.
Border police have launched criminal investigations against persons according to the Residence Act, officials said. After that, all were allowed to board the plane, police stressed.
Memmingen police suggested that every day they catch people who exceed their time.
