Police say that around 5:45 a.m., in the village of Stray Bridge, it is suspected that he was accidentally disfigured with a hunting weapon, which he was granted permission to carry, citizen F. V., 57 years old.
The same, according to Albanian media, is located at the Shkodra regional hospital, under the care of doctors.
