The institutional stalemate in the Kosovo Assembly is going on for more than a few months, while MPs will gather today for the 38th time, in another attempt to convert the Assembly and elect its chairman.
The hearing is called to start at 11:00, but it remains to be seen whether there will be concrete developments or another failure.
Since yesterday the Constitutional Court has demanded that within 30 days of entering into force of the verdict (the MPs) complete the process of selecting the Parliament's leadership and begin its full functioning.
At last session, MPs failed to form the Commission to organise the secret vote, which is necessary for the election of the Speaker of the Parliament.../Periscopi/
