I have often mentioned that Albin Kurti has extensive doses of what is called political autism.
Or just Albin Kurtin can be considered a typical Autic Polittic.
This mass is well seen when over 26 session of the Parliament's constitutionalised arrangement comes, and it's ultimately not done and fails because of its non-compliance, dyvergence, diversity and critical opinion by the pair and the public.
So if we look at as many as three sessions that Parliament has not been established, this is democracy and it can happen.
But if we look at 26 sessions that Parliament has not been established, and it goes back to failure, it's just political autism.
