When it is taking place four months since the elections, MPs have still failed to elect the top speaker. The Vetevendosje Movement, which has the right to propose the name, is failing to get the majority of votes for Albulen Haxhiu first, and now several sessions even to form a commission for secret voting.
The opposition parties in the past mandate have called for a change in the proposal.
Failed hearings are being held every 48 hours, according to the Parliament's regulation. Today, there is a 26th attempt at the union.
The case has already been sent to the Constitutional Court. /Periscope/
