20 years in prison against accused of killing in Glamnik, Podujevo because of conflict in communications

Indictee Orges Zhugolli is charged with being charged on September 12, 2023, in Glamnik, Podujevo, had now deprived of life of the late A. Slightly because of a conflict in communications.
Aktgykim was announced Wednesday by the chairman of the court, Ertan Seyka, reports “Battle for Justice”, Transmitt Periscope.
According to the judge, this sentence is pronounced after assessing extenuating and burdensome circumstances. He said the verdict was taken in majority by the court.
Against that decision, the dissatisfied side has the right to complaint in the 30-day term.
The damaged side, on the other hand, to implement the property-juridic demand is directed to regular law-civilis.
The accused and State Attorney were absent in the announcement, and attorney Naim Rudari was present.
Judge Siella at the May 27th 2025 session found Zhugoll guilty of the criminal act of “murder”, while clearing him of charges for “Unlicensed Protection” because he was not proven to have committed a criminal act.
Meanwhile, according to the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Act, on September 12th 2023 near the market “Melis”, located in the village of Glamnik of Podujevo, defendant Orges Zhugolli had now deprived the deceased A.Z. of life because of a conflict they had in communications. /Periscope/
