Customs reports that “Compania had previously received a negative written response from Kosovo Customs that import of this product is prohibited because of sanctions against the Russian Federation, while the subject has continued with the attempt to camouflage the origin by pre-balancing goods with bags bearing the appointment of a producer from Serbia”.
Customs has long intervened and has banned the shipment of this commodity at the moment of entry into the Republic of Kosovo. With the decision to retaliate, the party has been ordered to return the goods outside the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.
The media report reportedly presents a success of Kosovo Customs in effective implementation of international sanctions on the Russian Federation, in line with decisions adopted by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.
Kosovo's “Dogan remains committed to maintaining trade integrity and implementing international punitive measures, preventing any attempt to avoid or manipulate the rules and laws at power”, the Customs report said. /Periscope/
