After Perscope research, Pec is often seen in the company of Xhaferi. He even views the minister as a close friend.
In 2023, we find the name Shemsie Xhaferi's list of grant beneficiaries. Shemsiu, the beneficiary of the 100,000-euro grant from AZHB, is Shkelzen's father.
The latter, he opened a business in the ARBK on behalf of his father, as it seems just to apply for the grant in question. In the ARBK business census, it appears that the e-mail given is due to Shkelzen's name.
