ZI: For the 20th time the constitution of the Parliament fails, Vetevendosje's secret vote passes

The constitutional hearing was interrupted after the call that the leader of this session, Avni Dehari, made for parties: P DK, LDK, Serbian List and AAK to propose by a member of the Commission for the secret vote.

These parties again failed to give their proposals, and then continued with the commission's vote to establish without the proposals of these four parliamentary subjects. But Dehar's proposal for forming the commission for the secret vote did not get enough votes.

Since April 15th, the Assembly has been meeting every two days. The hearing remains in the election of the Speaker of the Parliament and later the vice-presidents to be considered a constitutional. /Periscope/
