Way of voting in Kosovo's Parliament tomorrow AAK addresses Constitutional Court

According to the AAK media report, they will submit the demand for an assessment of the constitutionality of the Kosovo Parliament's decision on refusing to form the Commission for secret voting.

On May 12th, 2025, AAK deputies will submit to the constitutionality of the Kosovo Parliament's decision to reject the formation of the Commission for Secret Elections, as well as all other equally-born decisions, taken at preliminary and subsequent hearings on the same issue, contained in the document, titled; “Transformation of the Assembly of the Frameworks of the Republic of Kosovo, held on 15, 17, 19, 23, 25, April 29, 29 and May 1, 2025, the report is said.
