The federal government will finance flights outside the US for people without documents who choose to leave voluntarily and provide a <x0bond exit”, the executive order said.
The order did not specify how to finance staff growth at the Department of National Security (DHS).
Implementation of immigration and Customs (ICE), sub-agency dealing mainly with illegal immigration, currently has more than 21,000 employees. /Periscope/
