They've requested payment deals with extra-hour installments, broadcasts. Periscope.
We want to remind you that it is currently impossible to secure the payment of salaries for April 2025 for over 70% of Trepca U.S. employees. There is also the danger that we cannot make our salary payment in time for May 2025, since today we have a final stopover of over 200 thousand euros (for weekend)”, the announcement says.

T H FOR THE ARRIENTING PEAKERS FOR BAPTIZED
Dear miners,
The U.S. Trepca Management, with understanding and respect, calls on you to withdraw from final procedures regarding payments for weekend hours. Instead, we invite you to reach an agreement to settle these obligations through tranche payments so that we can avoid additional household expenses and lawyers.
We want to remind you that it is currently impossible to secure payment payments for April 2025 for over 70% of Trepca U.S. employees. And there's also a danger that we can't get paid in time for May 2025, since today we have a final stop over 200 thousand euros (for weekend hours).
We've made the maximum effort with the miners' representatives to have the same understanding suspended for just two days, but this has not happened by Wednesday, to have understanding of the postponement for two days to execute their colleagues' salaries and to establish the final ordinance again that the same be executed in two days.
But that's impossible if we don't show understanding and don't withdraw from these general procedures from our employees and reach agreement.
So, once again, we call on you to show understanding and to co-operate in reaching a common agreement to ensure the stability of your income and avoid difficult legal procedures.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
U.S. Trepca Management.
