This decision was made due to serious workwork tasks violations, including disrespecting executive chief's instructions and orders. The violations are specified in Article 10, paragraph 1, under paragraph 1.5 and 1.24 of the Order for Discipline and Material Responsibility, No. Prot:2906, 30.07.20.
