The State Attorney's request, as Clankosova finds out, has revealed shocking details, broadcasts Periscope.
Everything was suspected that it happened after 05am in the morning, when the suspect began attacking the girls while they were asleep, first attacking the 15-year-old, who failed to survive and died at the scene.
The serious crime was committed by a knife over 20 inches [20 cm], with which the suspect struck the other girl about ten years old, who was severely injured as well as his wife, who suffered the slightest bodily injury.
Based on the detention request, the suspect, among other things, is said to be addressing his wife that “should all die”.
The State Prosecutor has estimated among other things that this measure is reasonable to be set, because of the serious criminal acts committed within the family, and also because of the risk the suspect may flee since there is no permanent settlement in Kosovo.
Gorenc will be reported, under the suspicion that he committed the actions “heavy murder”, “heavy attempted murder” and “Artacity without permission”.
The security measure is scheduled for the hearing held yesterday and will last 30 days.
The Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo envisions prison sentences of no less than 10 years in prison or life imprisonment for anyone who deprives a child of life; family member; cruel or cunningly; or risking the lives of one or more people.
