“The EU has begun to lift sanctions gradually on Kosovo, but has started to impose sanctions on Serbia for the departure of Vuciqi to Moscow in opposition to EU foreign policies as it acts with two EU standards, we cannot expect either the conclusion of the Brussels Dialogue or a lasting peace and security in the Balkans.” has written Tahiri. /Periscope/
