(a year ago)Kosovo police have on Friday arrested two people suspected of involvement in a case of the remaining attempted “suicide” that had occurred on January 29th 2025 on the “Marku” street in Pec, where a policeman was attacked by five people. According to the police report, the operation was conducted by the Regional Sector for Investigations in Pec, with the support of the Police Station in Decani, as well as units from Regional Police Directors in Gjakova and Gjilan.
During the implementation of the operational plan, eight raids were conducted at various locations, where they were found and seized: three firearms, nineteen bullets and an bulletproof vest.
Police have indicated that suspects have been arrested, and further legal actions will be taken in co-ordination with the competent prosecutor.
