He confirmed his name and date of birth as he appeared at the dock in court.
Justice Andrew Menary said he will set a temporary trial date on November 24th, with the issue expected to last three to four weeks.
Doyle stated with her head as she was placed in custody by Judge Andrew Menary, the Honorary Writer of Liverpool, until a further hearing session on 14 August before his trial in November.
Prosecutor Philip Astbury told the court: “This is an ongoing investigation. There are many witnesses to be interviewed and a large quantity of security cameras to analyze”.
At a previous hearing session, Doyle confirmed his name, birth date, and address. He gave no sign of admission when the charges were read in court.
The father of three children is charged with two counts of illegal and intentional injuries with the intent to cause serious bodily injury, and two counts of causing illegal and intentional bodily damage. /Periscope/
