“No one stops us”, Israel says it will take control of the Gaza Strip

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced that Israel will take over the entire “territory of the Gaza Belt”. The Israeli Army, which announced the start of a new operation Friday, warned residents of the southern town of KhanYun to evacuate immediately to the coast, while preparing for “an unprecedented” attack. In his reaction, Netanyah also stressed that fighting is intense and that the Israeli army is making great progress.
We will take control of the entire Gaza Belt territory. The fights are “intensive” and “we are making progress. We will not surrender. But to succeed, we must act in a way that will make us unstoppable. From the beginning of the war, we said that to complete the victory, defeat Hamas, and release all hostages, there is a necessary condition - not to get to a hunger. From both practical and political perspectives. We're just not gonna get support, we're not gonna be able to complete the victory mission. And so we decided to secure a minimum victory and in this way during the war we found that Hamas was stealing some of this help and, together with our American friends, we decided to do another method. With this plan Hamas will receive nothing”, Benjamin Netanyahu, Israeli Prime Minister, writes A2 CNN.
Netanyah said his announcement to remove at least partially blockades of aid shipments to the Gaza Strip was also made for “diplomatic principles”. On Sunday, Israel announced that it had begun “operations all over land-iron” throughout the Gaza Strip. Land operations are part of a new and intensified offensive aimed at destroying the radical Palestinian Islamic organisation Hamas. Israel has faced mounting international pressure due to the blockade of humanitarian remittances it imposed in March, just before it violated a two-month ceasefire, while aid agencies warn of hunger in the enclave of 2.3 million people. /Periscope/
