On the 26th anniversary of the Dubrava massacre in Frontal with Education Lanin came back to memory the terrible scenes of that period.
To confess in the studio was the survivor of this massacre, Enver Dugolli.
He recalled the moment he helped those injured there.
You see a pile of blood there, you don't even know where he's wounded. I approached someone, he couldn't even say the last word. There were a lot of people who gave their first aid, and you were needed because there were many people injured and killed. At that moment all emotions and sadness and everything else, you try to ease the pain at the very last moments of his life, but there's still something that we've never had with days, whether we've relieved them or not, said Dugolli.
The massacre of Dubrava, carried out by the Serbian occupationist, called genocide incompatible.
“Untenable and witnessed genocide. All the Serb prisoners who were in Dubrava prison are attracted to us Albanians alone. They planned to get rid of us as Albanians, not only political, but also ordinarians, just because we're Albanian. Not measured by number, but deliberately the goal was to destroy an ethnic group”, Dugolli said.
He also confessed that he had tried all along to convince himself that he would not be killed in that prison./Periscopi/
