According to PSRK's announcement, this case is coded as “Mati 1”.
“Under the leadership of Chief Special Prosecutor Mr. Blerim Isufaj, the next meeting has been held with the Joint Team for the Selection and Marking of Ralf Crimes.
During this meeting the case has been targeted, coded “Mati-1”, for criminal acts “The preset”, “for display”,“for extomation of the document”, and criminal acts “ownership control or unauthorized possession of weapons”, according to the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo”, says the statement.
In this case, four people are involved and there are violent and real estate seized.
The total value of frozen and sequenified wealth is 6,924,656.00. Among the frozen and sequentised assets are 59 residences, 12 parcels at various locations, and 5 bank accounts”, said the report.
