The Constitutional Court in Pristina has declared condemnation of Stefan Spasojevic.
He was sentenced to 3 thousand euros in fine for criminal work “The excitement of division and lack of patience.
Spasojevic was charged that in October 2023 at Zubin Potok's Dren was wearing a T-shirt with nationalist- “We will not give them the land of Car Dusan”.
Statement of the indictment was made Monday by the court judge, Lutfi Shala after the accused had reached agreement on guilty plea with the prosecution, reports “Justice Vought”.
Judge Shala announced that Spasojevic is sentenced to six months in prison, but that with the consent of the accused and under the agreement reached between him and the Special Prosecutor, the prison sentence is turned into a three thousand-euro fine.
