“Seconsions to be held once a week”, “Entering Adjust”, all that happened yesterday in the Assembly

The 17th Attempt on the Kosovo Assembly Construction ended again without success. Although the hope of a minimum agreement had not been turned off, Saturday's session failed the same as the previous ones -- without enough votes to create a secret vote commission proposed by the Vetevendosje Movement. A new effort by [...]
A new effort by the VV came before the start of the session, when leader Avni Dehari addressed other party representatives with a proposal: that the constitutional session is not called every 48 hours, but only once a week. This idea met in the immediate refusal by the PDK and the LDK, which saw it as an attempt to further drag the institutional crisis.
Header PDK, Memli Krasniqi, was harsh in reaction, accusing the VV of lack of seriousness.
The first “, the party deputies who came first in the elections, didn't even come in time. 45 minutes late. When they arrived, they had a request that we be organized to break the regulation. Their demand is contrary to regulations that say we meet every two days until the constitution is introduced...”
He said the proposal to gather once a week is unacceptable and that it is time for the VV to reflect.
It would be best for Vetevendosje to change the candidate for the Speaker of the Parliament and propose someone acceptable and proceed with the constitution. It seems to Kurt that Albulen Haxhiu is more important than the citizens who voted on February 9th. ”
By the LDK, MP Hykmete Bajrami also voiced criticism of the VV, calling the proposal for weekly sessions as evidence that the ruling party has no will to resolve the stalemate.
We view it as an additional indicator that the VV is not absolutely interested in making the constitution... Those lack of institutions have reduced the collection problem every 48 hours. ”
She stressed that the VV could prove other names for the Parliament chairman, if it really wants to reach consensus.
“can propose another 47 candidates for the assembly speaker to see which of them gets the votes. ”
On the other hand, VV deputy Mimoza Kusari-Lila denied that the proposal for changing the frequency of sessions constitutes violations of the regulation, calling it an attempt to agree.
“Sance started with consultation that there be deviations of order, meet less frequently, as 48 hours are not producing results... This wasn't a violation because it wasn't. There was only one agreement proposal among all parties. ”
In the same line, Parliament Speaker Avni Dehari was declared, who justified the proposal as a logical step in the current situation, where the results do not differ from the session session.
There's no point in coming every 48 hours to the convention when the result is getting the same... I saw the need to consult with them, if they are of opinion, they suggest they consult with their parliamentary groups and at the next session bring a decision. ”
Meanwhile, Avni Dehari has spoken about the Vetevendosje Movement initiative to change the dynamics of parliamentary meetings.
Dehari has announced that he has held consultations with representatives of other political subjects on the idea, adding that he expects answers at the next session, expected to be held on May 19th.
They're being declared before the media because it doesn't make sense to come every 48 hours, because the result is going out the same and I saw the need to consult with them, if they're of opinion, they're asking to consult their parliamentary groups and at the next session to bring a decision. The rule requires that you call them until there is no solution, of course it would be better to have a choice, but until there is no choice you must call every 48 hours”, Dehari said.
The next session was called for May 19th, where it remains to be seen whether there will be any progress or whether the political blockade will deepen even more./Periscopi/
