In her official response, O VL KLA considers this decision another evidence of the injustice being done to representatives of Kosovo's liberation war. According to this organisation, the approach of former KLA leaders from this court is not only unfair but also presents a serious obstacle to Kosovo's efforts to gain international recognition for its fair fight for freedom and independence.
This decision is a step back in international justice and equality efforts. Our fellow fighters deserve fair and objective treatment, not continued discrimination,” is said among other things in OVL KLA response.
The organisation calls on international institutions to objectively review the situation and take measures to end, as it calls it, to treat Kosovo Liberation Army leaders unjustly.
