It has to do with a campaign, which the former General of the Estonia Army plans to start in relation to Slovakia, Spain, Greece, Romania and Cyprus.
These five EU member states do not recognise the citizenship of the Kosovo Republic, so Terrace will try to change their stance.
This initiative of EP rapporteurs, former European Integration Minister Mimoza Ahmetaj, considers it important.
In its report with the European Union, Kosovo has a Stabilisation and Association Agreement, while there are major impasses over obtaining candidate country status.

Kosovo's independent and sovereign state has so far recognised 119 states. The last recognition came from Sudan on April 13th. /Periscope/
