We don't need EULEX, extending the mandate until 2027 reduces Kosovo's sovereignty.
The more EULEX, the less sovereignty. Because Kosovo has enough police capacity for public order. EULEX needs it.

In 2018, EULEX's capacity had been reduced to minimum.
