The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina announces public opinion that he has authorised the Kosovo Police for collecting information and evidence about the lack of waste treatment and the situation created in the Pristina municipality as a result of their non-gathering.
The State Prosecutor, in the quality of the Co-ordinator against environmental crimes in Pristina, has called from the entity for the investigation into environmental crimes in Pristina to take all necessary actions in the direction of the criminal actWilling, degradation, or destruction of the environment, based on Article 338 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Code.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina remains committed to law enforcement and to addressing priority issues related to environmental protection and public interest.
