Initially, at Friday's session, case prosecutor Arben Hoti presented the serious circumstances initiated with Zhugoll's intention to carry out the crime of murder and trigger the banned effect, demanding maximum punishment for it.

The prosecutor also said the victim has been relatively young, 22 years old, and that it has been at the start of building an independent and long life.

Prosecutor Hoti said he has lacked provocation from the late A. Z and that this is confirmed by that there was no communication between him and the accused on the critical night.
On the other hand, Jougol's defender, lawyer Naim Rudari listed extenuating circumstances, but clarifying that the Jougolli Court's decision to punish him for murder will be filed with a court count.
Lawyer Rudari said the accused's lack of repentance does not prove to be a serious circumstance, which he said prosecutor Hoti specified. He said that it is not what the prosecutor declared, since the accused has co-operated with the justice institutions because it has been announced on its own.

Later, case judge Ertan Saylula announced the session for the appointment of the conviction of accused Orges Zhugolli's sentence.
Meanwhile, according to the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Act, on September 12th 2023 near the market “Melis”, located in the village of Glamnik of Podujevo, defendant Orges Zhugolli had now deprived the deceased A.Z. of life because of a conflict they had in communications. /Periscope
