The prosecution accepts criminal charges against Dardan Veliaj, the man suspected of being under tap with Albin Kurti in 2004

According to the document provided by Periscope, in criminal speculation accepted by the prosecutor, it says among other things:

On the date 11,06.2024, at the main office of the Public Company “Deposit Management Company in Kosovo” The S.A. (“KMDK”), in Fushe Kosovo, exploiting his official position as chief executive in the KMDK, has exceeded his competencies and has failed to fulfill his official duties, in order to benefit for himself or the other person, or that the other person causes damage or violate rights, in a way that by avoiding in the series the procurement procedures that should be carried out by the Procuration Directorate in KMDK, via the official platform <x-program> prot. 02-10/71, which has been linked to the co-operation agreement with the National Centre of Labour Medicine in Gjakova for providing systemic management services to employees and issuing health certificates, through the negotiation process without publication and contract reporting, with the reason that this was the only institution licensed to provide such services. Although the same services actually offered other public institutions, thus causing material damage to the KMDK budget, as well as violating the rights of other economic operators whose participation in this procurement activity has been impossible.

Criminal charges against Veliaj has also been accepted for criminal acts “cate labour relations rights”.

The company where Velija is co-owner along with Naim Huruglica, Foreign Adviser of Agriculture Minister Faton Peci, has won a 100,000-euro grant from the Agriculture Development Agency (AZHB). This has sparked strong reactions, suggesting a clear link between close personal interests and possible political favours.

According to Haxhiu, Dardan Velija, along with Albin Kurtin and Vlora Bajqinovci, were detained by Kosovo Police in the village of Bince, inhabited mainly by Serbs.

As Haxhiu said, the same one, along with Jelena Bjelica, had visited the village of Bince, where the Donciq founding brothers of the organisation “Bozhur” were at the meeting.

Golub Donciq was BIA inspector (UDB), while Boban Donciq was Yugoslav Army captain.

In Haxhi's letter in 08.02.2012 to Florin Krasniqi, former chairman of the Commission for AKI Supervising, he accuses Vetevendosje Movement leader Albin Kurti, for whom he claims to spread Kurti's co-operation with questionable Serbian circles.

“Albin Kurti in January 2004 has held meetings with Serbia's criminal structures. The meeting is held in the village of Bindja, the municipality of Kline, at the Donciq family house (Boban of Golub Donciq), both members of Serbia's criminal structures, Boban Donciq, captain of Serbia's army, while Golub Donciq, member of Serbia's State Security (BIA)”, is said to be among the others in the document.

Following the incident is noted that Kosovo police had detained them in the Golf car, in which Dardan Velija, Golub Donciq, sat ahead, while Jelena Bjelica, Vlora Bajcinovci and Albin Kurti sat behind.
