The way of the proceedings changed surprisingly from other times, where VVCH's leader, Avni Dehari, changed the way of voting for the top parliament.
The Assembly failed to form commissions for the secret vote for the chief parliament, where there was not enough votes to proceed further.
The former opposition parties declared this to be an arbitrary offense that has not occurred in the former Parliament.
So the session was interrupted to continue in 48 hours. /Periscopi/
